Every BOULD CATS item is printed after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–7 working days once your order enters production, followed by shipping.
Shipping & delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and Japan, subject to product and address availability.

Production time is additional. These estimates apply to eligible products using our regional fulfilment arrangements. Timing can vary by product and production location; check any product-specific or checkout estimates before ordering.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders may arrive in separate parcels, and customs charges may apply to international shipments. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & refunds
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? Contact bouldcats@bouldcats.com within 30 calendar days after delivery of the last item in your order to request a return.
Items should be unworn and unwashed, apart from trying them on as you would in a shop. Please retain tags and original packaging where possible.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Please contact us for return instructions before posting anything. Do not send items directly to a printer or fulfilment provider. You do not need to wait for our approval to give a valid statutory cancellation notice.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something is wrong with your order, email bouldcats@bouldcats.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.
We will help arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. If a return is required because the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover reasonable return costs.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Production can begin quickly, so we cannot guarantee that printing can be stopped or order details changed.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or return rights you have.
